Replacement carbon block filter cartridge reduces chlorine, organic compounds, and other impurities prior to help ensure reliable production of clean, clear purified water for aquarium use. The AquaticLife RO Buddie Carbon Filter Cartridge helps remove discoloration and odors as well as other impurities prior to the RO membrane, allowing the RO membrane to work more effectively and ultimately extending reliable use and overall performance. Clever inline cartridge design allows convenient and easy plumbing - Simply connect standard 1/4" tubing to the 1/4" press fittings on each end of the cartridge. Produce clean, pollutant-free water for aquarium use and spend less time with cumbersome RO/DI unit upkeep.
STAGE 2 - AquaticLife RO Buddie Carbon Filter Cartridge: Replace every 3-6 months, after 1,500 gallons total or 400 gallons of filtered water at 1 ppm Chlorine, or 200 gallons of filtered water (at 2 ppm Chlorine).
